INTRODUCTION

SHIBATA's unique cavitation method, which can generate highly concentrated UFB using tap water pressure. Various uses are possible, such as adding a pump or supplying the amount consumed by the circulating generation system, depending on the application.

SIMPLE, EASY TO USE

Basic SHIBATA UFB ENGINE based on 8 L-21L/min generation. The material can be changed according to the application and can also be used for seawater and chemicals. A quick-joint type is also available for one-click installation.

GAS/LIQUID SELF PRIMING

Gas/liquid self-priming SHIBATA UFB ENGINE with Aspiration system.　Air, oxygen, nitrogen, ozone and carbon dioxide can be converted into UFB to produce various effects. It is expected to lead to energy savings and cost reductions as a complementary function to existing processes.

HIGH FLOW MODEL

The high-flow SHIBATA ENGINE and the gas/liquid self-priming model of this have been released. Even in situations where flow rates of 300 L/min or more are required, the SHIBATA UFB ENGINE can consistently produce high-concentration, high-quality UFB at low water pressure.
